Supporting You Toward a Healthy & Thriving Company Culture

With the pandemic came a rapidly changing corporate landscape. It was no longer enough to have a prestigious job and guaranteed income – people craved and began to experience a healthier work-life balance. Without the stress of traffic, packing lunches, gas money, “keeping up with your colleagues”, people used their time to re-evaluate priorities. Employees had more time to focus on their families and personal needs.

As a company, you may be experiencing challenges with work transitions to keep up with a post-pandemic landscape. Especially among working parents, the shift in company culture from the pandemic can be incredibly difficult.

Increased Employee Support

Are you experiencing challenging behaviour with an employee? While remembering why you originally hired them is vital, a toxic employee takes years to develop and is often the result of the organizational culture, the employee’s personal situation, or simply an inability to cope and communicate effectively.

Safe Harbour believes that every single person is capable of accessing their inner wisdom and overcoming obstacles they face. Investing in your employee’s mental and physical wellbeing, as well as one on one work with Safe Harbour, can lead to a healthier balance inside and outside your organization and improve employee work performance.

“To be seen, heard, validated and acknowledged is such a gift to give to another person. It provides them with the assurance that they matter. Kristin did that for me and more in our coaching session. She provided a safe space for me to unpack my innermost thoughts and guided me to finding a resolution. Kristin’s approach to coaching is so beautiful and impactful, for she is warm, intentional, a bright light and extremely compassionate. Thank you for SEEING me, Kristin!”
